FINISH: What a crazy weekend! We reached the limit of our capabilities and maybe even a little bit beyond it. I race for fun, it's a big hobby of mine, but in such extremely challenging conditions I sometimes wonder why I do it at all? Especially in moments like this morning, when we had a huge crisis in high speed on black slippery tarmac on the horizon where you couldn't see a thing. We lost some seconds there, which turned out to be crucial in the battle with Martin. But he was very fast and did a great job here, so I'm happy with the final position, I don't think much more was possible for us. Overall I really like it here, I will definitely be back next year.

I am just so happy to be on four wets! I am still driving like a grandfather because I have not much to gain and a lot more to lose. I do this sport as a hobby, and these are the moments when you reconsider your commitments!

It's an incredible stage. It's very fast but then you have the slippery section in the forests and you can really break your tyres in a lot of places. I am happy about the tyre choice this time and the time is better also.

We had a big, big moment on a fast left-hander. It was back and forth between the trees in fifth gear - not something you want to do! I am upset because I wanted to take some rain tyres but we didn't.
