We don't have the right setup for the car or the tyres. Instead of a bad stage I decided to give some entertainment to the spectators. We are saving our [soft] tyres for the rally. | |

Very difficult. We had a lot of slides on the hard tyres! | |

It was raining and with the hard tyre it was a very difficult run for me. I am sure we will enjoy to drive on dry Tarmac, so let's see. | |

We don't want to use our soft tyres, but we don't have any grip. I just drove through the stage. It's not nice and it's impossible to drive like this. | |

We need to be committed, have confidence in the car and go for it. It won't be easy for us tomorrow - all the new stages have a lot of cuts so it might be tricky after a few cars. We have nothing to lose this weekend, so we have to try. | |

It was pretty slippery. We have done this stage many times in dry conditions and that's definitely better! Let's see how it goes with the car, but it's definitely working well. | |

It looks like a tricky start to the rally so far. We need to try and keep our noses clean on Friday and after that we'll see. This was pretty slippery and hard to get the confidence early on. | |

We have always been fast over here, but unfortunately we are not the only ones. It's going to be a tough fight and the target is going to be to get a good feeling in the car. The conditions are already tricky in here and they are going to get even tricker this weekend. | |
